📋 Description

• Engineer, implement, and operate security services within the Enterprise Privileged Access Management (ePAM) platform • Onboard credentials, applications, and roles into PAM solutions • Identify and mitigate threats; perform IAM release engineering, infrastructure provisioning and maintenance, system administration, and security tool operations • Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to maintain Quality of Service and incident response • Conduct change management and provide infrastructure engineering and global platform operations support for BeyondTrust Password Safe, Microsoft LAPS, EPM, and Entra ID/Azure AD PIM • Design and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards, and reporting • Develop SOPs, conduct risk assessments, and respond to internal, external, and customer audits • Provide engineering and support for Windows, Unix/Linux, MS SQL, Oracle, Teradata, vSphere/ESX, and Red Hat OpenShift environments • Collaborate with global ePAM, IT service teams, customers, and vendors to resolve incidents within SLAs • Develop and test Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans • Maintain administrative, procedural, and configuration documentation • Improve tools, technology stack, application performance, and stability • Propose and implement enterprise solutions, integrations, infrastructure, and services throughout the technology lifecycle • Develop technical implementation requirements, project charters, support plans, and deployment plans • Test and deploy vendor product updates using change control processes, targeting 99.99% uptime • Identify and mitigate vendor-product bugs and security risks while delivering enhancements and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Identity and Security Assurance • 5+ years of total IT experience • 2+ years of Security Operations Support and Engineering experience • In-depth understanding of Enterprise Security, Identity and Access Management, and PAM solutions including BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Azure/Google Cloud IAM, Entra PIM, and Intune • Experience designing, supporting, and implementing solutions using SRE principles and monitoring, alerting, and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk • Experience with CI/CD development, DevSecOps, and infrastructure as code • Basic experience with Perl, Python, BASH, PowerShell, scripting, automation tools, and API workflows • Experience investigating, responding to, and resolving security and reliability incidents using SRE practices • Information Security Controls, Policy and Assurance, Shift Left, and Compliance experience • Ability to collaborate in complex enterprise environments with multiple technical interdependencies • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to learn new technology quickly and train others • Ability to work within a globally dispersed team • Proven ability to develop and document requirements • Ability to solve complex technical issues in prem/hybrid/cloud enterprise security environments • Experience with Agile planning tools such as JIRA
