• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and team needs. • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate outreach, screening, interviews, and offer coordination. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple disciplines. • Provide market insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions. • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication. • Track and report on recruitment activity and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical and specialized positions. • Proven success in managing high-volume, multi-discipline recruitment projects. • Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and use of modern recruitment tools/platforms. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels. • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
