• Conduct organizational, business, and operational assessments • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in governance, processes, and sustainability • Design and implement organizational development measures • Perform benchmarking analysis (national & international best practices) • Adapt and transfer best practices to the local island context • Support the development of sustainable and scalable business models • Develop implementation roadmaps, including KPIs, priorities, and actions • Prepare reports, documentation, and stakeholder presentations
• University degree in economics, business administration, engineering, environmental sciences, social sciences, or related fields • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience • At least 3 years of experience in organizational development • Experience working with SMEs or community-based enterprises • Proven expertise in: Organizational diagnostics and gap analysis, Business model development, Benchmarking and strategic planning • Strong understanding of circular economy concepts and waste valorization • Fluency in Spanish
