• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sales-oriented mindset • Sell Forma Turismo's products to a portfolio of partner schools • Prospect new schools and present our packages and products during external visits • Participate in meetings with groups of students and their guardians to align expectations, answer questions, and close sales • Use CRM and SDR tools to record and track opportunities.
• Contract: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) — contracted as an independent contractor • High school diploma (completed) • Availability to travel • Strong communication skills, resilience, and a focus on targets and negotiation • Sales experience is a plus.
• Brand support: BRL 2,000.00 to BRL 3,000.00 (monthly) • Competitive variable commission (the better the results, the higher the earnings) • Opportunity for professional growth within Forma as a service provider (Sales Agent).
