• In this role, you will take overall responsibility for building and developing our partner ecosystem in the DACH region for Myfactory and Proffix. • Your focus will be on sustainably scaling partner-driven growth — from strategic alignment through operational excellence to measurable revenue impact. • You will work closely with Sales, BDR, and Marketing to ensure a consistent, effective go-to-market model.
• You have deep experience in the ERP ecosystem of the DACH region and understand reseller models, partner economics, and buying processes in detail. • Proven experience in building and scaling partner-driven go-to-market models is part of your track record. • You have strong commercial understanding of margins, incentives, deal structuring, and partner ROI. • You work in a structured, data-driven way with strong pipeline discipline and continuously optimize quality, coverage, and conversion. • You are familiar with defining and enforcing clear rules of engagement and adept at handling channel conflicts. • Enabling partners effectively is one of your strengths — whether through sales playbooks, certifications, or structured joint-selling approaches.
