📋 Description

• Research and identification of potential new customers • Initial telephone contact and qualification of prospects • Scheduling and coordination of appointments for the field sales team • Follow-up after trade shows and sales campaigns • Maintenance and processing of leads and proposal/quote follow-up • Account management for existing customers in close coordination with the field sales team • Collaboration with and support for various internal departments as well as our subsidiaries • Market research and provision of analyses on sales performance and potential markets

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial/business training or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in sales and technical understanding desirable — motivated career changers are welcome • Proficient in MS Office • Very good English language skills; additional foreign language skills in French and/or Dutch are an advantage • Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening to identify customer needs and provide persuasive advice • Structured, careful, and independent working style • Strong negotiation skills
