Fortify Health is a non-profit organisation working to reduce iron-deficiency anaemia by increasing access to micronutrient-fortified wheat flour (chakki atta) in India. 📋 Description

• Manage team members, as needed. • Oversee quality compliance, vendor management, data systems, and process improvement. • Provide oversight of mill-level quality performance through Quality Systems Managers. • Conduct regular audits and inspections of the production processes. • Manage relationships with lab and premix vendors, including onboarding and performance tracking. • Analyse quality data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas. • Improve SOPs and workflows to strengthen efficiency and quality systems. • Oversee BAU execution and ensure timely, quality delivery of outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in public health, nutrition, food technology, management, social sciences, or a related field; • Experience managing multiple projects and teams; • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; • Excellent people management skills; • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Eager to learn from setbacks and ambiguity;
