📋 Description

• Develop and maintain recurring operational and executive reports • Analyze account performance metrics, trends, spend, work order activity, and provider performance • Support Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Business Reviews, and client presentations • Partner with Account Management to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms • Respond to ad hoc client and internal reporting requests • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key business insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account growth and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights effectively • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with BI/reporting tools preferred • Experience with SQL, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools preferred • Experience supporting enterprise accounts in a service, facilities, or operations environment preferred
