📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements for the Seismic Sales Enablement Platform, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and related business applications • Prioritize functionality with business sponsors and product owners and communicate priorities to development teams • Coordinate cross-system process and integration changes with analysts, project managers, and scrum masters • Provide process support to simplify and standardize business processes • Analyze Seismic usage, adoption metrics, and content performance and recommend improvements • Define Seismic content taxonomy, metadata, workflows, approval processes, and governance standards with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, IT, and Operations • Create and maintain business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, test cases, and functional specifications • Support UAT planning and execution, defect tracking, issue resolution, release validation, and stakeholder coordination • Assist with Seismic enhancements, integrations, reporting, content migration, user training, change management, and post-production support • Manage projects and provide status reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the Seismic Sales Enablement Platform, including content management, LiveDocs, content governance, user permissions, and integrations • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for Seismic, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and related business applications • Project management and status reporting experience required • Domain knowledge in Private Equity or Financial Services desired • Familiarity with agile project management practices, ceremonies, and conventions • Experience analyzing Seismic usage, adoption metrics, and content performance • Experience supporting UAT planning and execution, including test case preparation, defect tracking, issue resolution, release validation, and stakeholder coordination
