📋 Description

• Review, abstract, and process commercial leases and related legal documents • Extract and summarize key lease data, including rent terms, renewal options, obligations, and expense details • Perform accurate data entry, validation, and ongoing maintenance of lease records • Process lease change requests and amendments • Verify lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and alignment with industry standards • Identify and flag potential compliance or data issues for clients or leadership • Track and resolve mid‑level issues; escalate complex or high‑risk issues as needed • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives • Recommend system, process, or workflow enhancements to improve quality and efficiency • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management, lease administration, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across diverse audiences • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects or client priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team • Familiarity with industry best practices related to lease administration and compliance • Experience working with lease abstraction systems or property management software (Nice to have) • Exposure to large or multi‑property lease portfolios (Nice to have) • Experience supporting client‑facing teams or external stakeholders (Nice to have)
