• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 3+ years people management experience • Experience and solid understanding of Facilities Condition Assessment Process and Facilities Capital Planning • Strong communication and public speaking skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills/ability to manage multiple direct reports/projects simultaneously • The ability to travel up to 30% • Physical requirements for this role include the ability to walk around a campus environment for 6-8 hours per day, as well as the ability to ascend/descend a ladder and/or work in outdoor weather conditions as many as several times a month
