• Learn the technical and economic environment influencing the business, including the procedures, the key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations. • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including with cross-functional team members, product management colleagues, field selling organization, channel partners, and end users. • Develop and execute product launch plans including: developing product positioning, defining marketing messages and collateral, developing sales and physician education programs and training both domestic and international marketing and sales teams • Form strong relationships with top industry organizations, associations, groups, vendors, and thought leaders • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to secure buy-in, set goals, and identify new opportunities for growth. • Contribute to the development of annual plans that clearly outline franchise objectives, strategies, tactics and activities. Execute specific projects and/or tactical plans to deliver profitable growth and maximize global market opportunities. • Contribute to the identification and execution of a well-tailored self-development plan.
• Undergraduate degree • A minimum of 5 years of successful related business experience • Global product launch experience • Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as innovation, planning, and execution • Ability to travel 30% internationally and locally
