📋 Description

• Design and build advanced configuration solutions on the Intelex platform for complex customer use cases • Progress solutions through maturity stages • Identify patterns across customer requirements • Partner with Engineering teams from day one • Translate customer pain points into technical requirements • Participate in Voice of Customer sessions • Contribute to "build versus partner" decisions • Review design of partner-developed applications • Provide technical guidance on partner integration feasibility and architecture • Educate internal teams on Intelex platform capabilities • Experiment with AI-assisted development tools • Mentor PSE team members on Intelex platform best practices • Contribute to our evolving Rapid Validation Playbook • Share insights that inform partner development frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, Intelex) • 2+ years Intelex platform experience strongly preferred • Proven ability to scale solutions from prototype to production • Strong systems thinking • Experience working in product-focused environments • Partner ecosystem familiarity • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
