📋 Description

• Collect, integrate and analyze performance data from multiple operational and administrative sources • Monitor service performance indicators, identifying trends, deviations, risks and opportunities for improvement • Develop, maintain and optimize reports, dashboards and KPIs using data analysis and visualization tools • Produce data-driven insights and recommendations to support operational and tactical decision-making • Perform benchmarking analyses and track metrics to assess performance, compliance and operational progress • Ensure the quality, consistency, traceability and reliability of the data used in analyses and reports • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions • Support continuous improvement, operational efficiency and process automation initiatives • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of new Business Intelligence tools, methodologies and best practices • Participate in regional projects and other strategic initiatives within the area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in performance analysis, technical service operations, supply chain or related areas • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations • Strong collaboration skills for working with different teams and stakeholders • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset • Intermediate English (B1–B2) • Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese at basic/intermediate level (A2 or higher) — desirable • Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives — desirable • Familiarity with tools, methodologies or concepts related to Artificial Intelligence and Analytics — desirable • Experience in regional or multinational environments — desirable
