• Develop and execute localized Product Application Strategies (OneFluke) aligned with regional business objectives and revenue targets • Drive application development and solution positioning across Energy, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Semiconductors, Automotive, and Heavy Industry • Lead strategic initiatives to grow Fluke’s local revenue and market share • Provide high-level technical and product support to local teams, end users, and channel partners • Support sales teams with application knowledge, value selling materials, pricing/performance comparisons, and competitive insights • Build and maintain a competitive knowledge database, including price/performance maps • Manage new product introductions, PR activities, and post-launch follow-up • Collaborate with Marketing on localized content, campaigns, and collateral • Increase product mindshare through training, promotions, and marketing initiatives • Analyze market demand, customer profiles, and competitive landscapes • Interpret market sizing and competitive analysis reports • Monitor technology developments, industry trends, and customer needs • Lead and support training, education programs, exhibitions, and customer/partner events • Support management in developing strategic goals and tactical plans for key product groups and focus industries
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering required • Minimum 7+ years of experience in application engineering, automation, or industrial solutions • Strong background in Energy, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Semiconductors, Data Centers, or related industrial environments • Experience working with industrial channels, distributors, or channel marketing highly desirable • Strong application and solution mindset with analytical and research capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Team-oriented, commercially minded, and adaptable to changing market conditions • Willingness to travel frequently
