• Identify and pursue new and repeat business • Manage key client relationships • Lead scoping and budgeting of Consulting activities in collaboration with Fortrea-wide opportunities • Drive a meaningful proportion of Consulting’s financial objectives • Lead internal innovation initiatives responding to market and client needs • Author industry-leading white papers in the area of expertise • Meet client needs and oversee client engagements • Manage project leaders responsible for activities within the scope of work; advise and redirect as needed • Deliver strategic, methodological, and conceptual expertise in client engagements • Advise on scientific or technical matters within the area of expertise • Communicate project findings effectively to clients • Lead cross-functional regulatory, commercial, and clinical teams • Maintain personal behavior and business ethics aligned with Fortrea culture • Cultivate a positive environment and build connections with colleagues within Consulting and across Fortrea • Participate in hiring staff • Attend conferences, develop proposals, conduct bid defenses, and deliver capabilities presentations • Perform other duties as needed or assigned
• Graduate-level degree in a discipline-relevant area (e.g., public health, public policy, business, economics/statistics/data science, epidemiology, health economics, pharmacy, or medical), or relevant and equivalent experience and successful project outcomes in lieu of educational requirements • Demonstrated success and scientific and technical expertise in at least one area of RWE, HEOR, market access, value demonstration, reimbursement strategy, or regulatory strategy • Established and maintained client relationships • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills • Team player mentality • Ability to travel internationally to support the business, as needed (15%-50%) • At least 10 years of experience in consulting and in at least one related discipline • At least 8 years of experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams • Doctoral-level degree may be preferred • Strong business development, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to challenge conventional thinking to solve client issues and develop solutions • Orientation toward working across various disciplines and teams to achieve business and client objectives • Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day • Varied hours may be required
