📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the organization's IT architecture framework aligned with business objectives, industry best practices, and emerging technologies • Provide technical leadership and guidance to architecture and development teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Design end-to-end IT solutions covering infrastructure, applications, data, and security • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and methodologies • Lead architectural reviews and guide development teams on architectural principles and standards • Identify and mitigate architectural risks and issues • Define and maintain IT architecture documentation, including diagrams, standards, policies, and procedures • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement • Deliver high-quality, scalable data products that measurably impact company performance • Perform other duties as needed or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements • Minimum 6 years of experience in Enterprise, Business, Information, Systems and Application, or Solution Architectures • Strong expertise designing and implementing enterprise-scale IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Proficiency in system integration techniques, including API design, microservices architecture, and message queuing protocols • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development, and/or healthcare IT
