âą Develop and maintain the organization's IT architecture framework aligned with business objectives, industry best practices, and emerging technologies âą Provide technical leadership and guidance to architecture and development teams âą Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions âą Design end-to-end IT solutions covering infrastructure, applications, data, and security âą Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and methodologies âą Lead architectural reviews and guide development teams on architectural principles and standards âą Identify and mitigate architectural risks and issues âą Define and maintain IT architecture documentation, including diagrams, standards, policies, and procedures âą Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement âą Deliver high-quality, scalable data products that measurably impact company performance âą Perform other duties as needed or assigned
âą Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field âą Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements âą Minimum 6 years of experience in Enterprise, Business, Information, Systems and Application, or Solution Architectures âą Strong expertise designing and implementing enterprise-scale IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies âą In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud âą Proficiency in system integration techniques, including API design, microservices architecture, and message queuing protocols âą Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet âą Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills âą Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills âą Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field âą Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development, and/or healthcare IT
