📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Location: Remote (must have overlap with US or Europe time zones) • Type: Contract (Full-time or Part-time depending on project) • Role Overview We are seeking experienced Recruiters and Sourcers with a strong background in in-house or RPO environments. • You’ll work directly with hiring managers, talent teams, and leadership to manage full-cycle recruiting or sourcing processes across a variety of roles, primarily in tech, GTM (go-to-market), and corporate functions. • Responsibilities Partner with client stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics. • Conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, and advise on search strategy. • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and creative outreach. • Manage candidates through the full recruiting process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers. • Deliver weekly updates to clients, track key recruiting metrics, and adjust strategies based on data and feedback. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism. • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, Talent Partners, and internal team members. • Support employer branding initiatives when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer supporting US or Europe-based companies, either in-house or through RPO. • Fluent English skills — both written and spoken. • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting or high-volume sourcing across multiple roles simultaneously. • Strong business acumen and understanding of different industries (especially tech and startups preferred). • Familiarity with modern ATS systems, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.), and CRM best practices. • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different client environments and cultures. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Comfortable working remotely across distributed teams and managing client relationships virtually.
