📋 Description

• Develop the assigned country, territory or region, including converting leads into clients and acquiring and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners • Hunt for trading professionals across social and professional platforms, forums, blogs, and communities to engage them as clients or partners • Identify effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products • Assist with onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other company partners • Work closely with customer support to onboard clients and provide an impeccable user experience • Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to prepare sales and marketing content • Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners and retain or reactivate clients and partners • Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures • Monitor affiliates and partners to optimize activities and performance and ensure KPIs are met • Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide customer-journey feedback to management • Follow the company’s regulatory framework, policies, and ethics through prudent due diligence • Travel to conferences and business meetings when required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience • Tagalog is required and fluent English is essential with the preference towards individuals with working experience or connections in the region • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master degree preferred) in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or marketing and related disciplines • Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and written skills • Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive and strong desire to succeed • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team and can-do attitude
