📋 Description

• Assist in onboarding Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other company partners • Assist with partner connections, withdrawals, commission payments, and troubleshooting • Monitor affiliate and IB activities to optimize partner performance and report suspicious activities • Educate partners on company platforms, trading products, account opening, deposits, and withdrawals • Retain existing business and reactivate partners • Update Partners team social media channels • Maintain direct contact with affiliates and IBs via telephone, live chat, and email • Enforce due diligence and the regulatory framework according to company policies, ethos, and ethics • Work with the team to ensure KPIs are met • Support and assist all departments as required • Report to the Head of Partners Support & Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English • Fluency in other languages preferred but not required • Previous experience in customer service-oriented jobs • Excellent communication skills • Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills • Driven and results orientated • Strong negotiation skills • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work day or evening shifts
