• Translate the CEO’s strategic vision into concrete, prioritized action plans. • Structure the organization: processes, management cadences, governance, roles & responsibilities. • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (operational and financial). • Streamline communication between the CEO and teams (remove bottlenecks). • Challenge strategic decisions and safeguard growth. • Support recruitment and upskilling of key teams. • Lead structuring projects (scaling, reorganization, expansion, professionalization).
• 5 to 15+ years of experience in operations leadership, general management, strategic consulting, or entrepreneurship. • Significant experience in startups, scale-ups, high-growth SMEs, or entrepreneurial environments. • Strong command of organizational structuring, performance management, and prioritization. • Solid skills in management, finance, and organizational design. • Ability to work with demanding CEOs and challenge them with tact. • High autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, and professional maturity. • Comfortable with a part-time/fractional format and working with multiple clients. • Founder or co-founder experience, or prior COO experience, is a strong plus.
• Marketing and sales support are handled by Fractional. • Work across multiple high-potential companies, avoiding monotony. • Join a collective of senior COOs with peer support, best-practice sharing, and collective intelligence. • Be supported by a Senior COO on each assignment (strategic sounding board to amplify impact). • Continuous skill development through exposure to diverse contexts. • Flexible format (fractional, remote-first). • Strong recognition of your impact (visible results within 30–90 days). • Strategic, high-responsibility role, closely involved in CEO-level decisions.
