📋 Description

• Design and implement modern data architectures using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem • Develop data ingestion, transformation and processing pipelines (batch and near real-time) • Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes • Ensure data quality, reliability and governance • Build analytical layers for consumption in BI, analytics and AI initiatives • Collaborate with business stakeholders, translating needs into efficient technical solutions • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in architecture and data flows • Support the development of a data-driven culture within the company

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer • Advanced SQL skills • Experience with Python or Scala • Knowledge of dimensional and analytical data modeling • Experience building data pipelines in the cloud • Experience with data orchestration • Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions • Good communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders • Azure Data Lake (ADLS) • Azure Data Factory • Azure Synapse Pipelines • Azure Synapse Analytics • Azure SQL / SQL Server • Integration with APIs and multiple data sources • Nice to have: experience with Databricks • Nice to have: knowledge of Lakehouse / Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) • Nice to have: experience with Power BI (modeling and consumption) • Nice to have: experience working with large volumes of data • Nice to have: knowledge of or previous experience in agribusiness
