• Este profissional deverá fazer análise processual e elaborar petições, especialmente contestações e/ou recursos sobre obrigações de fazer e de pagar, com foco em casos de impossibilidade de cumprimento. • O candidato deve apresentar as seguintes competências: • Boa redação e capacidade de revisar peças feitas por outras pessoas, atuando com pensamento crítico e discernimento jurídico. • Habilidade de trabalhar em equipe, especialmente no sentido de saber o que é delegar funções e o que é transferir indevidamente responsabilidades.
🎯 Requirements
• Graduação em Direito e registro ativo na OAB. • Excelente redação jurídica e capacidade de argumentação. • Conhecimento em ferramentas jurídicas. • Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe. • Experiência em escritório massificado. • Ótima organização.
