📋 Description

• Organize and prioritize activities to meet procedural deadlines and address internal requests; • Monitor and handle high-volume and strategic court cases (civil and enforcement), with a focus on banking claims; • Draft a variety of court pleadings, including answers, appeals, motions, and submissions; • Monitor procedural deadlines and manage outstanding matters, ensuring risk mitigation and prevention of losses; • Represent the company at conciliation, evidentiary and trial hearings; • Draft and review legal documents; • Stay up to date on case law and applicable legislation, especially within the banking sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree; • Active registration with the Order of Attorneys of Brazil (OAB); • Minimum of 2 years of legal practice, with proven experience in debt/credit recovery; • Proficiency with legal management tools, such as legal software and technology applied to the practice of law; • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
