📋 Description

• Review and approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance (FTC, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.) • Provide general legal guidance on contracts, vendor agreements, and day-to-day business questions • Draft and update internal compliance policies and procedures • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to stakeholders • Conduct compliance risk assessments and report findings to leadership • Develop and deliver compliance training for internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school (bar admission preferred) • 3–5 years experience in marketing compliance, advertising law, or related field • Strong knowledge of FTC guidelines, consumer protection laws, and digital marketing regulations • Ability to onboard quickly and work independently.
