📋 Description

• Draft and review strategic legal pleadings, appeals, opinions, and complex defenses • Manage judicial and administrative proceedings related to civil litigation • Advise clients on matters involving commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property • Ensure control and management of procedural deadlines with a high level of organization and technical quality • Review legal documents and support the standardization of internal firm materials • Work autonomously in handling matters, ensuring technical excellence and fulfillment of deliverables • Support the optimization of internal legal workflows and routines

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Solid experience in civil litigation and in-depth knowledge of civil procedure • Experience in corporate law, contracts, or intellectual property • Excellent legal writing skills, with experience drafting and reviewing complex pleadings • Analytical, strategic, and organized profile with strong attention to detail • Good communication skills and ability to provide consultative client service • Ability to work autonomously in managing legal matters and prioritizing tasks
