📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and draft opinions on labor rights, obligations, and applicable legislation. • Represent parties in labor lawsuits (claims and defenses) at all levels of the Labor Court. • Participate in hearings and deliver oral arguments. • Represent clients in administrative proceedings (Ministry of Labor, Public Labor Prosecutor's Office). • Negotiate and mediate judicial and extrajudicial settlements. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor legislation and to mitigate risks. • Draft employment contracts, amendments, and internal policies. • Provide training on labor law for teams and managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • In-depth knowledge of labor law (CLT), súmulas, OJs (Orientações Jurisprudenciais), and case law. • Experience in judicial and administrative litigation in labor law. • Ability to prepare legal pleadings, opinions, and contracts. • Negotiation and conflict mediation skills. • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills for hearings. • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing cases and deadlines. • Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
