📋 Description

• Lead the Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning and the Associate and Bachelor of Science in Financial Management programs • Provide strategic direction for the programs through academic leadership, curriculum oversight, faculty supervision, teaching, assessment, scholarship, and engagement with industry and professional organizations • Collaborate with Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, Transfer Credit, and other University departments to support student success • Lead annual program assessment activities • Oversee curriculum quality, program assessment, accreditation and certification alignment, faculty development, and continuous improvement initiatives • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses within the discipline • Recruit, mentor, assign, observe, and evaluate faculty while fostering a collaborative and student-centered teaching environment

🎯 Requirements

• Earned doctorate in Finance, Financial Planning, or a closely related discipline • Minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the discipline • At least five years of university-level teaching experience • At least five years of progressively responsible leadership or management experience • Demonstrated success in curriculum development, faculty leadership, assessment, and student engagement • Exceptional communication, collaboration, organizational, and leadership skills • Commitment to student success and academic excellence • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic higher education environment • Professional credentials such as Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) are strongly preferred
