📋 Description

• Review, challenge, and approve repair estimates for our vehicle fleet • Digitally process incoming invoices using our internal invoice management tools • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to improve fleet availability and ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships • Support invoice volume monitoring in coordination with Damage Management and Accounts Payable • Contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in damage or claims administration • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus • Fluent written and spoken German and professional proficiency in English • Precise and detail-oriented, with a preference for structured tasks • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
