📋 Description
• Analyzes applicant information to determine qualifications for loan programs • Assists customers in discussing financial objectives and takes initial loan application • Clearly communicates loan program terms and benefits to customers • Ensures required documents are returned and disclosures are signed timely • Follows sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant • Meets/exceeds Sales KPI’s set by Management • Responsive to customers’ needs and expectations • Maintains a professional image and adheres to shift requirements
🎯 Requirements
• High School Graduate/GED, Bachelors Degree preferred • At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience • Proven track record of exceptional performance • NMLS/SAFE At least 1 active license or ability to be licensed without retaking the SAFE exam
