📋 Description

• On-site client installation, configuration, training and networking of medical devices • Deliver clinical training to doctors, technicians, and support staff • Develop strong clinical and product knowledge working with client’s physicians • Provide clinical guidance and product support • Communicate remotely with customers when not traveling • Device setup, configuration, networking and/or training end-users • Preform or coordinate follow-up training activities with end-users if needed • Work closely with Topcon and customer IT departments for integration • Stay updated with clinical applications and recommend enhancements • Support sales activity by performing product demos • Support trade show activities by installing and configuring systems • Maintain documentation of training sessions and support activities

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in health science • 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training managing cross-functional projects • 3-5 years clinical experience in ophthalmic environment • COA, CRA or OCT-C certification a plus • General product knowledge of ophthalmic equipment preferred • General knowledge of ocular anatomy and physiology • Knowledge of computer hardware & software applications • Strong verbal and written skills • Organized and able to prioritize workload • Must be able to work independently and multitask • Valid driver’s license and use of a car • Candidates must hold a valid passport or REAL ID compliant identification • Must be able to lift 300lbs
