• Manage inbound lead follow-up, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery/demo calls for the sales team • Focus primarily on inbound Facebook leads during the first month • Conduct 10-minute discovery calls to identify pain points and qualify leads based on industry, decision-making authority, urgency, and fit • Maintain accurate records in Go High Level • Log all notes, contact attempts, outcomes, and appointment details • Update outdated SOPs and workflow documentation as systems evolve
• 3+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales support, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar phone-based role • Proven experience speaking with prospects or customers by phone, text, and email • Ability to respond to new leads quickly and consistently during working hours • Strong spoken and written English with a neutral, professional communication style • Comfortable making multiple outbound calls each day • Strong internet connection and quiet work environment for taking calls • Availability to work during the company’s primary business hours and respond to inbound leads in real time • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and SOPs • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups at the same time • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately log notes in the CRM • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural and conversational • Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet and a modern home office setup.
