• - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts across multiple industries. • - Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. • - Lead performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and client presentations. • - Manage day-to-day account communications and operational priorities. • - Coordinate internal specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. • - Monitor campaign performance across paid media, SEO, creative, web development, and digital marketing initiatives. • - Identify risks early and collaborate with delivery teams to implement effective solutions. • - Maintain accurate project documentation and account records using project management tools. • - Develop strategic account growth plans and review business opportunities with clients regularly. • - Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client services to support long-term business growth. • - Represent the organization professionally in every client interaction.
• - 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency. • - Proven experience managing multiple mid-to-large client accounts simultaneously. • - Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Programmatic advertising (DV360), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO strategies. • - Perform creative development and basic marketing automation. • - Experience advising on web development and landing page optimization projects. • - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • - Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities. • - Excellent organizational and project management skills. • - Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. • - Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. • - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or HubSpot. • - Experience with performance creative strategy and creative testing frameworks. • - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. • - Experience supporting clients in highly competitive or regulated industries such as e-commerce, legal services, or consumer products.
