📋 Description

• Review partner code and Postman collections to verify integrations meet technical specifications • Evaluate and score technical integration requirements against documented rubrics • Serve as technical lead for multiple client engagements throughout the integration lifecycle • Independently manage technical aspects of client projects and escalate appropriate issues to leadership • Provide technical status updates and identify recurring integration challenges • Recommend improvements to technical processes and products based on partner implementation patterns • Contribute feature and code improvements to vendor onboarding tooling for Apple APIs • Improve technical review processes and internal tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level Solutions Engineering capabilities with hands-on experience working with the WhatsApp Business API • Previous WhatsApp API experience with a major messaging platform, Business Solution Provider (BSP), or technology provider • Ability to review partner code, APIs, integrations, and Postman collections at a technical level • Strong understanding of API integration requirements and ability to assess implementations against documented specifications • Ability to write and review code directly; AI tools used as support rather than a substitute for hands-on technical capability • Ability to independently lead the technical aspects of multiple client projects and determine when escalation is necessary • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in improving technical processes and tooling • Fluent English with strong professional communication skills and familiarity with U.S. business culture expectations • Collaborative, intellectually curious, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM San Francisco time zone
