📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of sales directors and sales representatives • Define and execute the sales strategy • Implement a repeatable, scalable sales operating model • Drive direct and channel sales • Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Transformation teams • Work with the leadership team to define pricing strategies • Lead large-scale contract negotiations • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to guide product innovation

🎯 Requirements

• More than 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience • At least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role • Track record of driving multi-million dollar annual revenue growth • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams • Experience in IBM i/AS/400 modernization markets, cloud, or enterprise software (strong asset) • Strong analytical and financial acumen • Excellent communication skills • Direct experience with the MEDDIC methodology (or equivalent)
