📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping teams simplify processes, eliminate waste, and improve flow using Lean and 5S methods • Lead high-impact improvement projects that enhance patient experience, quality, and efficiency. • Design and deliver engaging, practical training on core continuous improvement tools, Lean Daily Management, and 5S turning knowledge into daily habits. • Coach leaders and frontline teams to embed structured problem-solving, visual management, and standard work into everyday operations • Partner across clinical and operational teams to improve the flow of patients, information, and materials creating safer, more reliable processes • Support teams through change, ensuring improvements are sustained and scaled. • Participate in regular check-in meetings and toll-gate review to ensure progress and alignment of stakeholders, goals, scope, solutions, and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 – 8 years of continuous improvement and healthcare related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience delivering continuous improvement training. • Lean Bronze/Silver certification preferred. • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. • Change Management certification preferred. • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform statistical analysis. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and process flows. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent planning, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills. • Superb training and facilitation skills and ability to influence and motivate teams.
