📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of three, setting expectations for quality, pace, and ownership • Delegate ownership across team workflows and address capacity, process, and performance issues • Own the production calendar across launches, campaigns, catalog updates, and ad hoc requests • Convert incoming requests into scope, owners, deadlines, and QA checkpoints • Forecast team capacity, flag deadline risks, and negotiate scope when priorities conflict • Own product publishing across every product line, ensuring accurate metadata and imagery before launch • Design and scale QA processes to catch errors before they reach the live site • Document workflows so the team can operate without depending on individual memory • Coordinate product work across departments, flagging risks and unblocking work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience leading or co-leading a team, with genuine ownership of people and their output • Track record of managing projects against hard deadlines with multiple contributors • Track record of building or scaling a QA process for content or product output at high volume • Hands-on fluency with a content management system (CMS) or product information management (PIM) platform, including understanding of the underlying data structure • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop • Illustrator is a plus • Scripted or automated production workflows in Photoshop, or comfort building lightweight tools using AI, no-code platforms, or basic scripting are strong differentiators, not required
