📋 Description

• Support NetSuite implementations, configurations, and enhancements • Assist with data imports, saved searches, reports, and system testing • Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and support day-to-day client requests • Document requirements, configurations, processes, and testing results • Participate in client meetings and assist with gathering business requirements • Translate business requirements into NetSuite configurations and solutions • Work closely with senior consultants and project managers on project deliverables • Support testing, documentation, training, and other implementation activities • Learn NetSuite functionality and gradually take on additional project and client responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Prior NetSuite or ERP experience • Basic understanding of accounting and common business processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team • Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions • Eagerness to learn NetSuite and develop into a consulting role • Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask questions and learn from experienced consultants • Must be comfortable working in the US shift (8AM–5PM EST)
