📋 Description

• Review mock-ups and production artwork to ensure they accurately reflect client requests and are ready for production • Verify artwork against order details, customer instructions, and production requirements • Identify and resolve production issues before orders reach the printer • Apply artwork revisions and prepare production-ready files when necessary • Review artwork for production feasibility, consistency, placement, sizing, spelling, and other quality standards • Communicate with Campus Managers, the sales team, and internal teams regarding revisions, concerns, recommendations, or clarification questions • Use Adobe Illustrator to review, edit, and prepare production artwork • Utilize AI-assisted workflows and internal tools responsibly to improve accuracy and workflow efficiency where applicable • Complete a set number of tickets per day while balancing speed, quality, and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English • Strong attention to detail and instruction comprehension • Critical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills • Reliability, responsiveness, and effective time management in a remote setup • Ability to ask questions and clarify ambiguous requests • Receptiveness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement • Ability to balance speed and efficiency without compromising quality • Comfort making decisions in a fast-paced production environment • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Photoshop is a plus • Experience reviewing and editing production artwork or vector graphics • Basic understanding of print production processes, garment decoration methods, and artwork preparation • Ability to identify production issues related to artwork, placement, sizing, and print feasibility • Well-functioning computer capable of handling design workloads • Strong, stable internet and power connection • Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and workflows is a plus
