📋 Description
• Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the internal tool: V4 Quoter. • Validate all mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork/proof, garment, print method, delivery location and licensing. • Check inventory availability and recommend suitable alternatives when required. • Quote orders as per standard margin guidelines and obtain approvals for exception pricing. • Evaluate production feasibility for requested delivery dates. • Contact printers for rush order feasibility and production confirmations. • Own Freshdesk tickets from assignment until resolution.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales Operations or Logistics. • Experience working with ticketing systems or CRMs. • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
