📋 Description

• Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using V4 Quoter • Validate quantity, artwork/proof, garment, print method, delivery location and licensing inputs • Check inventory and recommend alternatives • Quote orders according to margin guidelines and obtain exception-pricing approvals • Handle one-off orders and promotional product quotes according to SOPs • Educate CMs and ISAs on standard quoting • Evaluate production feasibility for requested delivery dates • Determine whether Standard, Guaranteed, Expedited or Flash timelines are supportable • Validate production timelines based on print/decorating method, inventory and shipping requirements • Identify operational risks before committing timelines • Coordinate rush-order feasibility with printers and obtain supplier pricing and delivery timelines • Share production details with Order Processing after order placement • Own Freshdesk tickets from assignment through resolution while meeting SLA and quality standards • Escalate licensing, pricing and operational issues • Contribute to HelpJuice documentation and SOP improvements • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements • Support automation initiatives by documenting workflows, exceptions and edge cases

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning and numerical aptitude • Excellent written communication • High attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong ownership and follow-through • Comfortable working with numbers, pricing and operational data • Ability to make decisions using defined SOPs and business guidelines • 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales Operations or Logistics • Experience working with ticketing systems or CRMs • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
