📋 Description

• Communicate with Campus Manager Trainees • Manage the day-to-day work required to run training initiatives • Guide trainees in building an entrepreneurial foundation and setting up their campus businesses • Train Campus Manager Trainees to secure sales • Brainstorm ideas that support Campus Manager success • Collect feedback from trainees and existing Campus Managers to improve the Campus Manager journey • Support onboarding by answering questions and keeping trainees on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of work experience • Availability to work 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST Monday to Friday (9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST) • Ability to work remotely • Interest in supporting student entrepreneurship and thriving in a high-performance environment • Must be willing to meet high performance expectations and embrace challenges
