• Translate & simplify clinical guidance into easy-to-understand training decks and tools • Facilitate learning with warmth and clarity in various educational formats • Support clinic readiness and adoption by collaborating with teams across Fresh • Train our clinical training team in delivering Fresh Health education
🎯 Requirements
• Clinical experience (RN or similar strongly valued), or strong experience in clinical education • Confidence translating complex information into simple, practical guidance • Experience facilitating learning for clinicians • A calm, supportive communication style • The ability to build training materials from scratch • Comfort with travel for in-clinic education • A mindset grounded in collaboration, humility and learning
