📋 Description
• Shape and drive long‑term business strategies. • Prepare quarterly insights on trends and competitors. • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. • Provide data‑backed recommendations for strategic decisions. • Identify and develop new partnerships and revenue channels. • Champion expansion into new markets or segments. • Negotiate key contracts and agreements. • Drive overall sales and profitability. • Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers. • Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field. • Master’s degree preferred. • Experience in the Chemical Industry strongly preferred. • Experience working in large multi-national organizations. • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role & managing manager level employees. • 15+ years of experience in a sales management role. • Experience with laws and financial reporting practices preferred. • Ability to speak, read and write English.
