• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field. • Master’s degree preferred. • Experience in the Chemical Industry strongly preferred. • Experience working in large multi-national organizations. • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role & managing manager level employees. • 15+ years of experience in a sales management role. • Experience with laws and financial reporting practices preferred. • Ability to speak, read and write English.
