📋 Description

• Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers and acquire new customers after targeted onboarding in the South Germany / Bavaria region • Support and execute technical projects for new and existing customers (e.g., system audits, commissioning) • Perform application-related technical tasks in the areas of decorative electroplating and plating on plastics (POP) • Independently support renowned OEMs and other key customers in Southern Germany as a process engineer • Plan and deliver customer trainings in coordination with the sales team • Create and revise technical documentation (e.g., troubleshooting lists) in cooperation with the Technical Center • Handle administrative tasks such as service reports, laboratory requests, and claims • Identify and communicate opportunities for process optimization and document improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a surface coater (Oberflächenbeschichter) or a degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field • At least two years of professional experience in application engineering or process optimization, ideally in surface technology • Prior knowledge of decorative electroplating and plating on plastics is desirable • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays • Strong technical competence combined with solution-oriented thinking and a high willingness to learn
