📋 Description

• Own and evolve group-wide identity frameworks, policies, and governance standards. • Design and implement secure, scalable identity solutions across platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Entra ID. • Lead cross-business group (BG) identity optimization projects and proof-of-concept initiatives. • Harmonize identity processes across all Freudenberg Business Groups. • Provide expert guidance on identity architecture and integration strategies. • Support, automate and enhance the operational identity environment, including configuration, documentation, and emergency planning. • Manage identity-related incidents and service requests, ensuring high service quality and SLA adherence. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to align identity services with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience in identity management and process design. • Deep expertise in Microsoft identity services (e.g., Entra ID, SSO, PIM, Conditional Access, …). • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
