• Entering of time data (absences/attendances) in ATOSS (Time) and LOGA (Payroll) systems • Processing of error lists in Time Management System ATOSS • Independent communication with employees/specialist departments • Creation of reports, requests or statistics from LOGA, e.g. request process for the A1 form • Data Maintenance / Processing of Administrative Processes Payroll
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Economics/Business administration or comparable education • Experience with time management processing, payroll processes for German companies • Knowledge of HR applications, preferably time management, payroll or masterdata • Experience in dealing with ticket systems and service processes • Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills • Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, a high sense of responsibility, and reliability, as well as a customer-focused.
