📋 Description

• Deliver advanced support for SAP Logistics SD • Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into IT solutions • Ensure system stability, performance, and proper documentation • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for end-to-end process alignment • Support testing cycles, upgrades, and change requests • Train key users and provide knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in SAP SD and EDI integrations within an international environment • Solid understanding of order-to-cash business processes (order management, delivery, billing) • Experience with EDI standards • Hands-on experience with SAP IDoc-based integrations (functional knowledge; technical reading ability) • Ability to work with middleware or EDI platforms (SAP PO/PI, Seeburger, OpenText) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex integration scenarios • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) • Experience working with external partners, VAN providers, and international customers • Experience with customer labeling requirements
