• Supervise, train, and mentor the production scheduling team. • Develop, implement, and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and resource availability. • Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure that materials, equipment, and personnel are available as needed. • Analyze production schedules and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. • Track production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any issues. • Prepare and present reports on scheduling performance. • Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Previous experience (4+ years) in production scheduling or a similar role, with at least 0-2 years in a leadership position. • Strong knowledge of production scheduling techniques, inventory management, and resource planning. • Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems.
