📋 Description

• Act as deputy manager for the restaurant's daily operations • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service targets • Actively participate in daily operational workflows • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant operations planning & budgeting • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs • Conduct job interviews and select employees • Deliver staff training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in the restaurant or hotel industry • Good German language skills - at least C1 level • Experience leading teams • You are both a motivator and a trusted point of contact for your team • An eye for talent • Service-oriented mindset
