📋 Description

• You coordinate the daily store operations • (Further) development of your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implementing visual presentation guidelines • Planning in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling • Analyzing store performance and financials • Active selling and proactively driving sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail • Preferably experience in store management • Strong numerical affinity and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
